SHIPPING

Most of our shipping is managed by Canada Post. We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $75 within Ontario, and on orders over $75 for the rest of Canada and the USA. Please be aware that shipping rates are subject to change without notice, and any updates will be reflected on our website. Additional discounts cannot be combined with Free Shipping.

Please note international customers are responsible for any duties/customs/fees that may be incurred during the time of transit

FREE SAME DAY LOCAL DELIVERY IN INNISFIL | BARRIE | ORO-MEDONTE | ORILLIA 

For local deliveries, enjoy our 24-hour service for added convenience, along with free shipping on orders over $75. Deliveries can be scheduled on evenings for Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with the possibility of exceptions on other days or times (please reach out to us via message or email for special requests). You'll receive an email notification with your delivery date to keep you updated. Unless instructed otherwise, packages will be left at your doorstep.

PROCESSING TIMES & TRACKING INFO

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation number once a label has been created.

Tracking status of your shipment may take up to 2 business days

All orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada.

  • Ontario local delivery: Same day or next business day
  • Rest of Canada: 3-7 business days after processing
  • USA: 5-10 business days after processing
  • International: 10-21 business days after processing

 

📦 CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the shipping address provided at checkout. Scents by Shaizy cannot be held liable for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by customers.

If a correction is needed after the order has been placed—especially if the package is already in transit—additional charges may apply for interception or re-shipment. Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to correct these issues.

We strongly recommend:

  • Double-checking your shipping address including your postal code before completing your order

  • Contacting us within 1 hour of placing your order if you notice any errors

  • Reaching out to the carrier directly using your tracking number to request changes once your order has been shipped (as we cannot make changes after fulfillment)


📬 Address Issues & Order Holds

If we are unable to ship your order due to an incorrect or incomplete address (e.g., invalid postal code, missing apartment number), we will attempt to contact you via the email address provided at checkout. We highly recommend providing a phone number in case we need to contact you about your order.

If we do not receive a response after three (3) attempts to contact you via email, phone call, or text, your order will be placed on hold for 30 days. If no reply is received within that period, your order may be canceled. In such cases, a packaging and restocking fee may apply to cover the cost of order preparation and materials.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • Re-shipping fees will apply to the customer if your package is returned and needs to be sent again.

Scents by Shaizy is not responsible for delivery delays caused by inaccurate address details provided by the customer.

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We truly hope you love your purchase as much as we loved creating it for you. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your order, please reach out to us at info@scentsbyshaizy.com — we're always happy to help.

In the event of shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (such as postal strikes or weather disruptions), we will do our best to work with you to ensure your package is delivered as soon as possible.

Refunds will only be processed if a package is confirmed lost or returned to us. In such cases, a case number with the carrier must be submitted and verified.

This process may take 30 to 60 days, as we may be required to submit supporting documentation, including:

  • Photos of where the package was reportedly delivered or misplaced

  • A written statement from the customer

  • Confirmation from the carrier’s investigation

We appreciate your patience as we work through the appropriate channels to resolve the matter.
