Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Opened or used products will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@scentsbyshaizy.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 930 Ridge Road W, Oro-Medonte, Ontario L0L 2E0

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item to the above address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

🚨 DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us no later than the next day if any items are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email info@scentsbyshaizy.com with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged item(s), packaging, and shipping label

We will review the submitted photos, assess the damage, and may contact the carrier to investigate further. Based on this assessment, we will determine if a replacement will be issued.

Please note: Claims submitted more than 1 day after delivery may not qualify for replacement or resolution.

We appreciate your understanding as we work to make things right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) for hygiene and safety reasons. We also do not accept returns for products that have been used or are not in their original condition. We also do not accept returns for products sold at a discount or marked as final sale.

Items included in curated gift boxes or subscription sets, as well as sale items and gift cards, are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

If your item arrives damaged or defective or if you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please reach out to us, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once your order has been shipped and handed off to the carrier, it is no longer in our control and becomes the responsibility of the shipping provider.

If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, or if it appears to be lost, please contact your local carrier to investigate. You may be required to open a case or investigation with them.

If you open a case number, please notify us with the details. Scents by Shaizy will not issue refunds or send replacement orders until all steps are completed and the carrier has resolved the investigation.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work together to ensure your order is located or properly resolved.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
