Before applying the soap, wet your hands or the area of your body you wish to clean with warm water. Warm water helps to open up your pores and facilitates the lathering process.  Work the soap into a rich, foamy lather by gently rubbing your hands together or using a washcloth or bath sponge.  Apply the lather to the desired areas.
