How long does it take for a wholesale order to ship?
Production begins after payment confirmation. Because wholesale orders are made to order, they typically ship within 2–3 weeks. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
Why are wholesale orders made to order?
We handcraft our products in small batches in Oro-Medonte, Ontario. Making wholesale orders specifically for each business means you receive a fresh new batch rather than stock that has been sitting in storage.
Can I sell the products with Scents by Shaizy labels?
Yes. Our standard wholesale option provides finished Scents by Shaizy branded products that are ready for your shelves.
Can I get products without labels and use my own brand?
Yes, on selected products. We can supply eligible products without our retail label so you can apply your own business label. Product availability, minimums and pricing will be provided when wholesale opens.
Can I buy products in bulk and do my own packaging?
Selected products may be available in larger bulk sizes for businesses that want to handle their own filling, final packaging and branding. Bulk availability will vary by product.
Can I join if my business is brand new?
Absolutely. We welcome new businesses, market vendors, online shops, new boutiques, gift-box businesses and entrepreneurs creating their own product brand.
What are the opening and reorder minimums?
The opening order minimum is $500 and the reorder minimum is $250.
How does shipping work?
Wholesale shipping is charged separately and is based on the size of the order and destination. We ship across Canada.
Can I choose my own scents?
Available scent choices will depend on the product and wholesale collection. Full options will be included with the wholesale information when the program opens.
