We begin preparing orders as quickly as possible, so if you need to cancel or make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at info@scentsbyshaizy.com.

If your order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation or requested change.

Once an order has been fulfilled, packed for shipment, or transferred to the shipping carrier, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it.

If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for information about returns, exchanges, and refunds.

PRE-ORDERS

From time to time, we may offer selected products for pre-order. Any product offered as a pre-order will be clearly identified on the product page before purchase.

If you need to cancel a pre-order, please contact us before the order has been fulfilled. Once the pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, our regular Return Policy will apply.
