How do I apply topical magnesium spray?
Spray 5–10 pumps directly onto clean, dry skin — such as the bottoms of your feet, legs, torso, or underarms — and gently massage it in. For optimal absorption, let the solution air-dry completely before applying any lotions or oils over top.
Why does magnesium spray sometimes tingle when first applied?
A slight tingling or itching sensation is completely normal during the first few applications of highly concentrated magnesium chloride. This is a physical skin reaction to the mineral density.
